Béaba Baby Food Maker

My holy grail baby food maker hands down is the Béaba Babycook. This is definitely something that is long lasting and durable. The best part is that it’s a 4 in 1: food maker, processor, grinder, and blender. This also comes in different sizes and colors so it’s pretty cute to have on the counter, it doesn’t look like an eye sore. My son is 1 year and almost 4 months and I STILL use this to make his food every single day. This is a product that really does most of the work for you and in half the time.

When you have a child or more than one, you want something that will make your everyday life easier and of course done quicker. You are already running around with your child(ren), doing the housework, cooking not just for your little one(s), but also for your significant other. And the list goes on.

Let’s face it: it’s great to have help around the house, but in reality most of us don’t and everything is our responsibility and things need to get done.

One less thing to stress about is what to make for your little one(s) that is quick and easy, but also most importantly, HEALTHY. This product comes with a manual telling you how much water you need for different types of food. You choose what you want to cook, add water, add the food, and click the button to start cooking. It is super easy to use and very quick. Once it’s done it makes a beeping sound letting you know it’s finished. All that’s left to do is blend away and voila!

I do want to make a point that this is not just for babies. You can definitely use this for toddlers as well. I do and it works amazing. I am running around all day cleaning up after him, cleaning the house, laundry, and then cleaning up after him all over again. So cooking for him is just one less thing that I stress about throughout the day.

Béaba also has other products on their website from food storage, feeding products, bath & potty, high chairs, diaper bags, and so much more. If you’d like to check them out yourself, visit their website for all the details >>> beabausa.com

Keep on keeping our little ones tummies full & healthy.

The Famous DockATot

As my pregnancy journey was beginning in early 2017, I was slowly starting to purchase baby items that I thought I was going to definitely need. I bought so many things that I wasn’t able to keep up with all the boxes that were being dropped off in front of my door. The UPS & Fedex guys thought I was some kind of crazy shopaholic that had nothing better to do with her time.

Am I the only one that went through that phase of buying way too many things for the first baby? (that’s a whole other post I can’t wait to share with all of you)

When I finally delivered my beautiful baby boy and took him home one of the great things that I purchased was the DockATot. The one that I had bought was the Deluxe+ Dock, which is the stage 1 docking station for 0-8 months old. This is definitely a multifunctional item that lets your little one rest, play, do tummy time, and a space large enough to change their diapers. I love this item so much and I was using this all day long with my baby.

I never swaddled my boy. For one, he HATED being swaddled. And two, he was incredibly active and just constantly had to be moving his arms and legs and he so he did not like the idea of not being able to move. Because I didn’t swaddle my boy, when I would put him down in his bassinet the idea of him moving a lot would make me nervous, so I knew I had to do something to prevent him from rolling around in the bassinet and possibly hurting himself. That is easily where the DockATot came to mind. I thought if I can just put the dock inside the bassinet (which was a perfect fit, almost exact) and then put him down to lounge or sleep on the dock he would not only be safe, but he’d also be very comfortable. And this worked like magic.

Here’s what I didn’t realize at the time:

The DockATot comes in a bigger size.

This beauty is the DockATot Grand. This piece functions pretty much the exact way as the Deluxe+. The difference is that this one is the stage 2 dock for babies/toddlers 9-36 months.

To top all this goodness off, DockATot comes with gorgeous covers that you can continue to change throughout use for both sizes. It also comes with removable Toy Arch & Toy sets that you attach to the sides and it basically looks like a mobile but for the docks.

My opinion is this: can you live without this item? Of course. Does it make things easier and more comfortable for you and baby? Definitely.

I highly recommend this item to all first time mommies. I myself want to purchase the Grand because it’s much bigger so as your baby transitions into a toddler this can be continuously used (and loved). I also want to mention that this is a pricey buy, but it’s an investment that will last not just for one baby but for a second even third one because of its durability.

I hope that this post was a useful one. If this is something that you want to look into, you can visit their website and check out all the different kinds they have to offer >>> dockatot.com

Have yourself a beautiful rest of your Monday.

With lots of love,

Mariam

Gloomy Mind & Rainy Days

My favorite days are rainy days.

That seems to be a rare occurrence in LA. I’m a November baby so I love cold weather and the rain. As I sit here sipping on my hot cappuccino staring out through my windows watching the rain fall, my brain starts to analyze and plan a million things at light speed. Basically, all the things I sweep to one side of my brain when my boy is awake and everything is just chaos. Kind of like a ‘leave a message and I’ll get back to you’ .

Now that Baby G is asleep I can get back to all the messages in my head. This is my time to organize, plan, review, and execute.

I do want to remind my fellow mommas and poppas if you’re having a tough day whether you have one child or ten, the tough part is temporary. Is it hard? YES. But, it gets better and it definitely gets easier.

Who else agrees that moms and dads are superheroes?! (I do have to say though, moms definitely are a step ahead of dads…we ONLY grows these little humans in our tummies and then push them out of a tiny hole) I’m just saying.

When I think back at the harder days and then I look at where I am today, I’m AMAZED. You don’t know how strong you are until you become a mother. When I gave birth to my little king I had no idea how I was going to do this ‘being a mother’ andresponsible for another little (but huge) life’ all by myself. I feel as though someone pushed me into the deep end and I didn’t know how to swim. But guess what? I totally knew how to swim. And I swam good. The point of what I’m saying is, you have no idea how strong and patient you are until you do it.

You can do it. I did.

There is no option of giving up. And when you look at their beautiful little smiles and touch their soft skin against yours, the rest of the world fades away.

Hug your babies with all you got because you’re all they got.

Hang in there, you got this.

With lots of love,

Mariam

The Day He Changed My Life Forever

Welcome to my world.

I am so glad you can join on this chaotic journey that we call motherhood.

My name is Mariam and I am 28 years old. I have a handsome little stud muffin named Gevork who is 1 year and 3 months old. October 4th of 2017 was the day my life changed forever. I became a mommy.

I would hear stories of other mommas trying to explain the emotions they felt, the endless amount of love they feel in their hearts for their babies and I couldn’t imagine what they were actually saying. Not just yet at least. I just couldn’t wait until I got to feel all of that myself.

First of all, I can’t even begin to understand how fast time actually flies. It’s crazy. How is my son already a year and almost 4 months?!

I am creating a platform for anyone to join really. Not just mommies. Fellow dads, expecting individuals, or even if you are just interested in what I have to say and share with my audience. I will be answering any questions anyone may have, whether it’s about motherhood, health, beauty, life, etc. I have lots of great ideas and topics I want to discuss as well as products that I want to review. If anyone has questions please follow me on Instagram >>> marvelous_momma & leave me a comment and I’ll be glad to reach out to you.

Keep an eye out for future blog posts coming your way!

Thank you again for joining me.
